Shipping Orders ship within 1–5 business days from Gothenburg, Sweden. Each bag is made to order — if you need it by a specific date, get in touch before ordering.

Returns If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Bags must be unused and in original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Warranty Every Fjäder Gear bag comes with a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. If a seam fails or a zipper gives out under normal use, we'll fix it. Wear and tear from use is not covered — but we'll always take a look.

Repairs We repair our own bags. If your Fjäder bag needs attention, reach out and we'll sort it.
